"Yoga Inside Out" is a weekly yoga class at the Candlewood farm, Rheenendal. The class is suitable for all levels and abilities. If you are looking to unwind from a busy or stressful day, or just needing to centre and be with your breath, or maybe wanting to connect to your body through deep stretching and releasing, this is where you need to be!
Why visit?
• Yoga Inside Out is the only drop-in yoga class being offered in Rheenendal.
• The venue is a rustic farmhouse, with beautiful wooden floors conducive to yoga
• The beauty of the natural surroundings add to the essence of the yoga practice- finding stillness and peace within
• The class is suitable for all abilities; no prior yoga experience required

•Physical:
Candlewood Farm, Rheenendal. Just off the Rheenendal Rd.
•Directions:
When on the Rheenendal road, coming from the N2, continue driving for approximately 9km. When you have passed the Portland Mini Market on your right, take the first dirt road after this to your right, which is the Portland Manor turn off. Continue down the dirt road, not turning off anywhere. Keep going until you see a small sign that says "house," following road to your right and driving to the house.
